A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled
"Michigan election law,"
(MCL 168.1 to 168.992) by adding section 1a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 1a. After December 31, 2008, the provisions of this act
are subject to the township services consolidation act.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4780(request no.
02329'07) of the 94th Legislature is enacted into law.
