A bill to amend 1846 RS 14, entitled
"Of county officers,"
(MCL 50.61 to 50.67) by adding section 68.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 68. After December 31, 2008, the provisions of sections
61 to 67 of this chapter are subject to the township services
consolidation act.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4780(request no.
02329'07) of the 94th Legislature is enacted into law.
