A bill to amend 1936 (Ex Sess) PA 1, entitled
"Michigan employment security act,"
(MCL 421.1 to 421.75) by adding section 54d.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 54d. The commission may disclose the names and addresses
of claimants or recipients of benefits under this act to the extent
required under section 1310d of the revised judicature act of 1961,
1961 PA 236, MCL 600.1310d.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4931(request no.
02605'07) of the 94th Legislature is enacted into law.
