A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled
"Revised judicature act of 1961,"
(MCL 600.101 to 600.9947) by adding section 2163b.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 2163b. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in
this act, evidence regarding a psychological evaluation or
psychological test conducted on any individual shall not be
admitted as evidence in any judicial proceeding if the introduction
of that evidence would compromise the objectivity or fairness of
that psychological evaluation or psychological test.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless all of the following bills of the 94th Legislature are
enacted into law:
