A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled
"The social welfare act,"
(MCL 400.1 to 400.119b) by adding section 74a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 74a. (1) The department shall perform reviews on, at a
minimum, 2,400 child day care cases annually.
(2) The department shall identify errors presented in
information from the recipient and child day care provider and
shall take steps to correct the errors.
