As Your servants here on earth, let us lead with Your goodness in our hearts. Allow us to always keep the men and women serving our country overseas in our thoughts and in our prayers. Wrap Your arms around them and keep them safe, if they are in harm’s way. They are brave heroes and we pray that Your will is to bring them home safely. A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending sections 312a, 658, and 907 (MCL 257.312a, 257.658, and 257.907), section 658 as amended by 2002 PA 494 and section 907 as amended by 2006 PA 298, and by adding sections 658c and 658d; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.

(A) THE NUMBER OF ZONE C WITHDRAWAL SITE-SPECIFIC REVIEWS REQUESTED BY APPLICANTS EACH 12 MONTHS AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ASSESSMENT TOOL UNDER SECTION 32706A.

(C) THE NUMBER OF ZONE C WITHDRAWAL SITE-SPECIFIC REVIEW DETERMINATIONS THAT RESULT IN A ZONE D WITHDRAWAL DETERMINATION.
(D) THE NUMBER OF SITE-SPECIFIC REVIEW DETERMINATIONS WHERE THE DEPARTMENT FAILED TO MEET STATUTORY TIMELINES.
(E) THE NUMBER OF REGISTERED ASSESSMENT TOOL DETERMINATIONS FOR EACH ZONE.
