CONTENT
House Bill 5899 would change the effective date of Public Act 149 of 2009 from July 1, 2010, to May 20, 2010.

House Bill 5900 would change the effective date of Public Act 148 of 2009 from July 1, 2010, to May 20, 2010.

Public Acts 148 and 149 amend the Occupational Code to provide a process for the disposition of unclaimed cremated remains of deceased individuals, including veterans.
