A bill to amend 1993 PA 354, entitled
"Railroad code of 1993,"
(MCL 462.101 to 462.451) by adding section 318.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 318. A railroad shall erect and maintain a whistle post
in advance of a public crossing or multiple consecutive crossings
to notify the engineer of an approaching public crossing.
