"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by repealing section 48501 (MCL 324.48501).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. Section 48501 of the natural resources and

environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.48501, is

repealed.
