A bill to amend 1980 PA 350, entitled
"The nonprofit health care corporation reform act,"
(MCL 550.1101 to 550.1704) by adding section 402d.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 402d. Section 2212c of the insurance code of 1956, 1956
PA 218, MCL 500.2212c, applies to a health care corporation.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4275(request no.
00834'13) of the 97th Legislature is enacted into law.
