SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4392

     A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled

"Occupational code,"

by repealing article 27 (MCL 339.2701 to 339.2721).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. Article 27 of the occupational code, 1980

PA 299, MCL 339.2701 to 339.2721, is repealed.

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

unless Senate Bill No. 607 of the 97th Legislature is enacted into

law.
