SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 484

     A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

"State license fee act,"

by repealing section 29 (MCL 338.2229).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. Section 29 of the state license fee act,

1979 PA 152, MCL 338.2229, is repealed.

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

unless all of the following bills of the 97th Legislature are

enacted into law:

     (a) Senate Bill No. 481.

     (b) House Bill No. 4379.

     (c) House Bill No. 4380.
