      A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

"State license fee act,"

by amending section 15 (MCL 338.2215), as amended by 2012 PA 308.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1        Sec. 15. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure an

 2  individual who is applying for an initial or renewal license as a

 3  landscape architect under article 22 of the occupational code, MCL

 4  339.2201 to 339.2211, 339.2212, are as follows:

5	(a)	Application processing Initial license application
6		fee................................ $ 200.00$ 15.00
7	(b)	Supplemental Renewal license application processing
8		fee................................  20.0015.00

1	(c)	Examination fees:
2	(i)	Complete examination......................    265.00
3	(ii)	Section 1 of the examination..............     25.00
4	(iii)	Section 2 of the examination..............     35.00
5	(iv)	Section 3 of the examination..............    100.00
6	(v)	Section 4 of the examination..............    125.00
7	(d)	Examination review........................     25.00
8	(e)	License fee, per year.....................     60.00

 9        Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 180 days

10  after the date it is enacted into law.

11        Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

12  unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 6044 (request no.

13  06326'16) of the 98th Legislature is enacted into law.
