CONTENT

House Bill 5893 would repeal Public Act 145 of 1963, which required the establishment and operation of conservation rehabilitation camps for male delinquent youths.

House Bill 5894 would repeal Public Act 145 of 1965, which transferred Camp LaVictoire from the Department of Corrections to the Department of Social Welfare (now within the Department of Health and Human Services) for operation as a conservation rehabilitation camp.

House Bill 5895 would repeal Public Act 229 of 1962, which appropriated certain funds for the construction, renovation, and operation of conservation rehabilitation camps for male delinquent youths.
