HOUSE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 316

     A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by repealing part 455 (MCL 324.45501 to 324.45504).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. Part 455 of the natural resources and

environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.45501 to

324.45504, is repealed.
