SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4805

     A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled

"The revised school code,"

(MCL 380.1 to 380.1852) by adding section 1278d.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 1278d. (1) A part-time pupil enrolled under section 166b

of the state school aid act of 1979, MCL 388.1766b, is not required

to develop, review, or revise an educational development plan

described in section 1278b(11).

     (2) The department shall not promulgate or enforce a rule or

adopt or enforce a guideline or policy that is inconsistent with

subsection (1).

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

after the date that it is enacted into law.
