     A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by repealing section 45501 (MCL 324.45501).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. Section 45501 of the natural resources and

environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.45501, is

repealed.
