A bill to repeal 2008 PA 388, entitled
"Beverage container redemption antifraud act,"
(MCL 445.631 to 445.643).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. The beverage container redemption
antifraud act, 2008 PA 388, MCL 445.631 to 445.643, is repealed
effective January 1, 2023.
Enacting section 2. This act does not take effect unless all
of the following bills of the 99th Legislature are enacted into
law:
(a) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 6532 (request no.
03419'17).
(b) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 6534 (request no.
03419'17 b).
(c) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 6535 (request no.
