ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5894

AN ACT to repeal 1965 PA 145, entitled “An act to transfer camp LaVictoire from the state department of corrections to the state department of social welfare; and to authorize its operation as a conservation-rehabilitation camp,” (MCL 803.331 to 803.333).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1965 PA 145, MCL 803.331 to 803.333, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
