Sec. 201. Pursuant to section 30 of article IX of the state constitution of 1963, total state spending from state sources under part 1 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019 is $500,000.00 and total state spending from state sources to be paid to local units of government is $500,000.00.
Sec. 202. The appropriations made and expenditures authorized under this act and the departments, commissions, boards, offices, and programs for which appropriations are made under this act are subject to the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594.
DEPARTMENT OF TALENT AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Sec. 301. From the one-time funds appropriated in part 1 for demolition of a school building, the department shall distribute the funds to a county land bank located in a county with a population of more than 265,000 and less than 330,000 according to the most recent federal decennial census for the demolition of the former middle school building located in a city with a population of more than 1,850 and less than 1,870 according to the most recent federal decennial census.
