"The code of criminal procedure,"
(MCL 760.1 to 777.69) by adding section 2b to chapter IX.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 2b. At the time the court sentences an individual for a felony or misdemeanor offense, the court shall provide information, in writing, to the individual regarding his or her eligibility for and the procedure to set aside the conviction under 1965 PA 213, MCL 780.621 to 780.624.
