CONTENT

 

The bill would amend Chapter 84 (Of Divorce) of the Revised Statutes of 1846 to prohibit, beginning July 1, 2022, a complaint for divorce filed with a court from being made available to the public until the proof of service had been filed with the court or 92 days had expired from the date the complaint was filed, whichever occurred first.
