(MCL 339.101 to 339.2677) by adding section 407a.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 407a. The department shall work with the department of military and veterans affairs to ensure that the fee for a required examination under this act is approved for funding under the post-9/11 veterans educational assistance act of 2008, 38 USC 3301 to 3327.
