The bill would amend the Food Law to extend the expiration date, from December 31, 2023, to December 31, 2027, for the collection of certain State food establishment licensing fees. The bill would extend the authority to collect current licensing fees for Temporary Food Service Establishment ($4), Food Service establishment ($25), Mobile Food Establishment Commissary ($25), and Special Transitory Food Unit ($39).
